After starting its operations in the field of environmental rehabilitation, Ecomineral LLC has already passed about 10 years. In the past, we have expanded our operations for the restoration subsoil, environmental monitoring, construction, urban landscaping and metallurgical production. We are also working with major projects, contributing to the Mongolia's development, and we are focusing on our services and using modern advanced technology and sustainable green development together. Ecomineral LLC has been introduced an international Quality Management System ISO 9001: 2015, Environmental Management System ISO 14001: 2016, OHSAS 18001: 2007. We are aiming to improve the quality of our services to each customer and to better serve environmentally-friendly, socio-economic benefits, without incurring an accident and to combine business and public interests appropriately. EXPORT PRODUCT
We recycle copper waste and pure cathode copper for production purposes, such as plumbing, fittings and electric motor wire. The production capacity of the plant is 1200 tons products per year and exported more than 120 tons products to China in 2016-2017. Regardless of the type and purpose copper and brass tubes, they have the following advantages: the most resistant to corrosion, long service life, they are widely used in construction and hospital equipment assemblies. In addition, they are useful hygienic products that provide antibacterial protection. The plant is fully developed metal-induced, so that it has no adverse effect on the environment, as in other metal-burners. A small smoke exists in the process of electrical heating and melting, is cleaned by several filters. In the future, "waste batteries" containing lead, with sulfuric acid formulations that have been used for a variety of purposes, we recycle them safely, environmentally friendly, export-oriented, of primary processing for industrial methods, which is widely used in many countries.
