“GAZAR SHIM” FOOD INDUSTRY

Our company was established in 1999 having started its activity with the construction of the first plant in Mongolia producing canned vegetables. If in the first year we let out production of 200000 pieces, 2 names 8 now we produce 30 titles canned vegetables that make us a leader in its field. From the beginning we strive to deliver to our customers, natural and healthy products for this purpose, we have created a special technology of thermal processing for vegetables without conserver and other additives.

We apply developed in Mongolia recipes for canning and picking. Our products are used not only as a side dish, you can have it as a main dietary dishes. Therefore, vegetarians are particularly fond of our products for special nutrition and taste that characteristic to only organic products.

Since 2008, we began experimental work in the framework of the project “Support of health through food”. In the result by 2011, we issued a health drink “Artichoke”. We have succeeded in implanting of raw Artichoke plants on Mongolian soil in cooperation with the NGO “Ecology of Development” and Production Research Center “Nart of Mongolian Agricultural Institution. Also in joint research on cultivation of Artichoke in Mongolian conditions participated 16 scientists and doctors from Mongolian universities and medical institutions.
