ABOUT COMPANY

Moncement Building Materials LLC, founded in 2006, has started to operate integrated facilities for the production of Portland Cement since 2015, consisting of a completely dry process production line with a capacity of 1750 metric tons per day of clinker in Urgun Soum, Dornogovi Province and is currently developing a 120 tons per hour installed capacity grinding station and terminal in Ulaanbaatar, the capital city of Mongolia.

The company is owned by Monpolymet LLC, a company incorporated under the laws of Mongolia, and European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (‘EBRD’).

Currently we, Moncement Building materials have created a diverse international team of 403 by attracting and retaining the skilled manpower, promoting a corporate governance culture, by respecting individuals and exercising gender equality policies, by offering extensive in-house on-the-job training.

EXPORT PRODUCT

PC 42.5 PORTLAND CEMENT with no additive
MNS 974-2008, product with standardized conformity certificate.
Usage-Widely used in construction concretes, steel concrete elements, pre-fabricated structures, bridge and dam structures, casted structures, and road construction. Also, this type of cement is used to all type of cement batch for construction works, repair and plastering works. Strength classification is 42.5 MPa (400 kg/cm2).

OPC 42.5 PORTLAND CEMENT with additives
MNS 974-2008, product with standardized conformity certificate.
Usage-Widely used in various types of road and building construction assembly works and repair and plastering works. Strength classification is 42.5 MPa (400 kg/cm2).

PC 52.5 PORTLAND CEMENT with no additive
MNS 974-2008, product with standardized conformity certificate.
Usage-Pre-fabricated elements and structures with high strength, pre-strengthened structures such as railroad slippers, steel concrete casted structures intended to operate under relatively high pressure, construction of high voltage poles and road and bridges. Strength classification is 52.5 MPa (600 kg/cm2).
