ABOUT COMPANY

Our company, Uguuj Shim LLC, was established in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia in 1999 with the goal of bringing Mongolian cashmere and fine wools to the world market. Since then we have been successfully expanding our business activities, and has become one of the trusted suppliers of natural fibers in textile market uguujshimay.

Our major products are cashmere, camel and yak wool as well as various types of yarns made by these fine fibers. We also supply high quality woven garments such as scarf, shawl and different type of clothes. The factory’s annual processing capacity is 100 tons of dehaired cashmere and fine wool, and 40 tons of yarn.

EXPORT PRODUCT

Cashmere is the fiber obtained from the Goat wool and characterize by its soft fibers. It is noted as providing natural light-weight insulation during the cold winter. Fibers are highly adaptable and are easily constructed into fine or thick yarns, and light to heavy-weight fabrics. The natural colors of cashmere are in various shades of light grey, brown and white. Due to the difficult geological conditions and harsh climate, the fiber of the Mongolian goat cashmere tends to be longer and thinner. The average micron of Mongolian goat is 15 - 17 mkm and the length is 36 - 44 mm which is the finest and longest cashmere in the world.
